4th of July at Walt Disney World

America’s story, Independence Day, is celebrated at Walt Disney World every year, with a grand display. Around the US, there are so many ways to celebrate the holiday. Some enjoy cookouts, some attend parades, and others go to Walt Disney World. Let’s see how we can celebrate Independence Day, or the 4th of July at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Disney’s Magic Kingdom and EPCOT have amazing firework displays for the 4th of July. Disney’s Magic Kingdom displays “Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” on both July 3rd and July 4th. The celebration kicks off at 9:20 pm and lights up the sky above Cinderella Castle.

To continue the party, there are DJ parties throughout the park at Frontierland, Tomorrowland, and even the stage at Cinderella Castle from 7pm to 10pm.

EPCOT also displays an amazing nighttime spectacular each night called “Luminous the Symphony of Us” each night. On July 4th, following the nightly performance, a July 4th-only edition of “Heartbeat of Freedom” will proceed with a grand finale.

Walt Disney World does not celebrate without themed snacks. There are three new treats like the Patriotic Cake Bar that has a passion fruit, orange, and guava (yes POG flavored) vanilla chiffon at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs. Epic Eats at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is dishing up the Caramel-Apple Pie Funnel Cake that features the perfect funnel cake topped with apple pie topping, a drizzle of caramel, and vanilla soft-serve. The final new item is at Disney’s Magic Kingdom’s Sleepy Hallow. The Red, White, and Blue Waffle features mixed berries, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and sprinkles.

There is always American history present at the parks, specifically the Hall of Presidents at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, The American Adventure at EPCOT, and so much more.
